Our packages include a custom floorplan designed for your space, moodboard support to refine the look, full install and pack down, and multi day hire so you have time to enjoy it.

  • Get the party started! Our Dance floor is perfect to host a band or your bridal waltz. It’s black timber and goes up to 4.8m x 6m.

  • We can decorate your space to illuminate the path, highlight trees or features areas to set the tone of your night.

  • Make it a party with moving coloured lights on the dance floor.

  • We can provide white table linens, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. You don’t have to bring a thing.

  • If you choose, we can provide a 5-tap glycol Hampton Bar or a service bar with no taps.

  • Unsure where to place everything? We can create a full site plan to ensure that your event flows smoothly and logically inside and outside the marquee. Leave everything to us.

 FAQs

  • Yes all our marquee packages include full setup and pack down by our team. You don’t have to lift a finger.

  • Packages include multi day hire. We usually set up 48 hours before and pack down the day after, unless you’re having a recovery party, we can include that at no extra cost.

  • Absolutely. Each package is a starting point, you can swap in to suit your preference. It’s your day, we’re just hear to bring it together for you.

  • A 30% deposit secures your booking. 70% balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. You can adjust numbers, layouts or inclusions closer to the day. We’ll lock in final details around 30 days out.

  • Yes, transparent sidewalls are included at no extra charge. You can choose to have them fully installed, rolled up and ready, or not used at all. We can decide on the day based on the weather, so you’ve got flexibility

  • We’re new on paper but not new to the industry. After years producing major events and private functions, we built Tempo to bring that same magic to weddings because we got ghosted, we had the worst crew setting up our marquee (like they actually abused us and refused to set up because it was raining).

    We couldn’t let that experience happen to anyone else, and we knew we could provide not just a better experience, but one that makes planning exciting and not stressful.
